My name is Andries Vaelen and i live in the heart of Haspengouw, in Heers - a region where fruit and seasons are still deeply felt. It's from this environment that VÆLEN was born, from a simple idea: returning to the essence.

Not more sugar, but more flavor.

Not more complex, but better balanced.

Everything starts with the fruit. Ripe, carefully selected and processed with respect. From there, we build further - with herbs, botanicals and subtle accents that add depth to every combination
